As a former executive at the French Ministry of Defence, Dimitri Linardos is an expert in international risk management.
He has been involved in the management of major projects for international organisations and businesses in crisis zones (Afghanistan, Maghreb and West Africa), and has strong expertise in: services (Technical Assistance), energy, defence and telecommunications.
He has also managed the restructuring, safeguarding and development of subsidiaries in these zones for international groups such as ALSTOM Power, ANADARKO and ASSYSTEM.
Since founding the TDS Group in 2012, he has supported SMEs and larger intermediate-sized enterprises in exporting their operations and development in risk zones and in emerging markets in the Maghreb, Middle East, West Africa and Latin America.
In 2010 he published “Business en Milieu Hostile” (Business in a Hostile Environment), a reference book for the conduct of business and personnel security in risk zones.
Director of Operations
In 2006, Thomas Bauduin, a graduate of Political Science (Bordeaux), put together a consulting company specialising in the management of security risks, initially assuming the role of project manager and then the role of project director. Over the course of a five year period, he supported numerous large industrial groups (energy, transport, agriculture, hospital, banking, luxury) in their risk and crisis management projects , devising corporate security policies and made-to-measure crisis management structures for companies wishing to secure their developments, both in France and internationally. As part of this, he also performed numerous security audits on the ground, for African-based subsidiaries.
In 2013 he joined TDS Group as Group Operations Director, where his particular area of responsibility is the management and monitoring of consulting projects and assistance in situations where there is a security risk.
Analyst, specialist in “unstable contexts – Focus Africa”
After orienting her academic study towards geopolitics and economic intelligence, Anne-Laure has participated in numerous tasks involving strategic advice and crisis management. She has also specialised in political and security analysis and in the monitoring of unstable situations.
With a wealth of experience working in Ethiopia, Togo and South Africa, Anne-Laure has spent a lot of time on the African continent. As a result, the local insights and business network that she offers to TDS Group’s clients are invaluable.
With a background in the French Navy (the Marine Nationale) Jean-François Danion has long-term experience in international security, in particular in complex security system requirements and inspections at industrial facilities.
His many successful professional experiences, which have been supplemented by several specialisations in risk assessment and time spent as the head of a company, have provided him with a practical knowledge of risk management.
This expertise is regularly put into practice in response to the problems faced by our customers, during various consulting tasks on behalf of major industrial stakeholders operating in various industries, or for institutional operators with roles in challenging environments.
